the relationship between art and aesthetics

In the first instance,I thought there are no comparison between art and aesthetics all the time,even thought these two words both have thire different concept.One day,I joined the class of Dr.Tan,he asked us,"which comes first?art or aesthetics?"Such an interesting question,and I never think about it before...Then I want to look for some material about art and aesthetics,because this question refers to the relationship between they two.

At first,I likened them to two straight lines,and they have their own tracks.But the shape of relationship of these two lines is like an"X".In other words,thire relationship is CROSS.

Now, I'd like to explain it and refer to what I learnd from material.In general,

art is more specific artistic disciplines, such as music, science, art and so forth.

But more in terms of aesthetics, it's belong to specific scientific disciplines to explore the art of scientific problems, such as defining the definition of art, artistic types and categories , features, origin of art, the function of art, art education, art criticism principle, and so on.

 

Because of the intersection of art and aesthetics,we only can roughly divide them.

Intersection between disciplines is a normal phenomenon, which is mainly determined by what we study itself.

If the aestheticsgive a definition to art ,art is as an area of ​​the beauty.But in the art theory,the art becomes"metanotion"of the art theoty.This is the intersection what I mentioned.

 

So,how about the question--which comes first?

Art,is everywhere

   In my eyes,art is  not a pyramid piled up with  jargons.I started to learn painting from the age of five, until now,I'm 21 years old.During 16 years,I believe that only after we went through so much,can really feel the arts gives us the feeling.The art in our life,even everywhere,everyday.As long as you open your eyes,art filled every corner around you...
    
What is art in other people'eyes?Boyce said: Everything is art, everyone is an artist.I agree about this saying.Someone uses thousands Cock cans to build a small house for himself.But he is not a real artist.His Cock can-house is still thought an artwork by people.Because art is comes from our life,no matter anything you use,so long as you let it become beautiful or show your fellings and people can accept it,that is art.In my opinion,art is more inclined to imagine.

    

 So,art is the organic product of human's knowledge, emotions, ideals, comprehensive mental activity,and the performance of image that people in real life and spiritual world .
